Excellence Awards
As way of motivating the students of the Foundation to excel in their studies and subsequently raise the overall level of attainment at the universities of their study, the Hariri Foundation made it a point, as of 1992, to celebrate in the presence of P.M. Rafik Hariri and Mrs. Nazek Rafik Hariri the top achievers among its students. Such an event, which became a tradition between 1992 – 1999, even something to look forward to by the students and their families, helped to raise the overall ratio of excellence among the students, from 5.12/1000 in 1992 to 42/1000 in 1996.
